What is behind
"ways of fhealing"
Throughout my journey to healing, happiness and a greater quality of life,
I realised more and more that everything is connected to my feelings.
By that I mean both body feeling and soul feeling.
Because these are so deeply intertwined, I cannot feel happy when I feel physical pain. Likewise, I cannot feel healthy when I feel emotional pain.
I embarked on the path to healing my body and soul/spirit and soon realised that this connection required far more attention than I had previously thought.
It wasn't enough to "just" meditate, "just" have healing conversations, "just" pay attention to nutrition.
It required a combination of different approaches and different healing methods to create a concept that is individually tailored to the respective individual.
And that's how "ways of fhealing" came about,
a word fusion of healing and feeling...

Services
Together with my clients, I develop an tailored action-plan, adapted to the individual's specific needs.
The following building blocks serve as a base for this:

spiritual life coach
A spiritual life-coaching session offers help and support in every situation.
Be it to recognise one's own attitude or to understand one's own behavioural pattern (and, if necessary, to break through it).
A spiritual counseling session can help to find a way to cope with challenging situations and to develop one's own solutions. A variety of tools, including psychology, card reading, meditation and energetic work, is used.

Rei= Spirit/Soul Ki= Life-energy
During a Reiki session the practitioner channels universal energy and sends it to the client.
This energy can promote general well-being, activate and help self-healing powers, and help to recognise and resolve mental blockages.
It thus has a supporting effect on the path of healing of body, mind and soul.
meditation
Consciously guided movements and stretches strengthen and relax the body, mind and soul. Depending on the style, yoga can be activating or have a calming effect.
ayurvedic massage
Massage and stretching of the body based on ayurvedic teachings.
Meditation is stillness of thought. Meditation means stopping mental activity (the mind) so that the Self can be discovered.
During meditation we practice being in the Here and Now without analysing the current situation. The nature of the mind/self can be seen in these moments.
Hypnosis

After completing my training as a hypnotist (TMI) I also offer the following:

About me:
After exploring many different professional groups and some time studying psychology & education, I worked as a waldorf-kindergarten-teacher in what's called an 'inclusion group'.
In 2015 I decided to align my "work-life balance" clearly in the direction of "life" and went traveling with my husband and our dogs.
Since the end of 2019 we are living in southern Portugal, largely self-sufficient, on a small farm.
We are continually educating ourselves, particularly in all areas of self-sufficiency, healthier ways of living, alternative healing methods and herbal remedies.
I am a certified yoga teacher, spiritual life coach and have attained reik level 3 (Masterlevel).
